The Brugts Services Maintenance plan gives you ongoing support and peace of mind after your store goes live. We offer three tiers to match different needs:
Basic Plan (€90/month)
- Fast support with 30 minutes of priority assistance for questions and small adjustments, usually within 24 hours
- Monthly theme backups so we can quickly restore your store if any issues occur
- Monthly maintenance checks of your themes, apps, and security
Grow Plan (€149/month)
- Everything in Basic, plus 1 hour of monthly priority support time
Pro Plan (€199/month)
- Everything in Grow, plus 2 hours of monthly priority support time
- Dedicated contact person who knows your store inside out and proactively thinks along with you
All plans include the essential maintenance that keeps your Shopify store secure and running smoothly. The main difference is the amount of support time included each month and whether you have a dedicated contact person.
For most clients starting out, the Basic or Grow plan works well. As your store grows and you need more hands-on support, you can always upgrade to Pro.
